Ego & Anger V/S Respect & Conversation

Let's start it one by one. Usually it is seen that in the family, from the childhood only, for the small matters, say if a child has got less marks or he has done some mistake, immediately without looking left, right and center the mother or the father of the child scolds him/her saying don't do this, don't do that! They may scold him/her at once out of Anger. Also amongst our friends also, sometimes we say things out of ego. For example say if mom has said something to us , or our parents are making us understand over something, instead of adapting that thing, we take it at our ego. Or say if the elders are telling something, we take it it at our ego, instead of understanding.


If a child has done something that is not right, it is the duty of the parents to first understand him, ask him the reason what he/she has done that thing. If the reason is right, it is well and good, if it isn't right, that just emphasis him what is wrong & what is right and why. The reasoning is always good to make the child understand where he is going wrong, that helps him
